By accessing or using Timelands services, including Time Heroes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. User Accounts

When you create a Timelands ID account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You may not share your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• Harass, threaten, or harm other players
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Sell or transfer your account to others
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the service

4. Digital Assets & Heritage

Digital assets (Heritage) in Timelands are non-transferable tokens that represent your in-game progress and achievements. While you own the right to use these assets within our ecosystem, they have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of our platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual items or features at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Timelands and Time Heroes are owned by Timelands and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without explicit written permission.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
